When the other person presents a particularly weak argument, leave and never come back. Only works once per website/community.

Cite your opponent’s cultural or economic environment as a reason they can’t see the truth… making it not their fault they’re so wrong.

If you’re going for the enrage the opponent method, responding with the “O RLY?” owl might make them just give up.

How to *Guarantee* a Win in an Argument Online?
Inspired by a DM conversation with inthefade we have a question for you:
You’re aware of Godwin’s Law which states:
“As a Usenet discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1.”
Godwin’s Law is often cited in online discussions as a deterrent against the use of arguments in the widespread reductio ad Hitlerum form.
There’s an associated rule which says “If you call someone ‘Hitler’ in an argument online, you automatically lose.
Here is what we want to know:
“What is the opposite of Godwin’s law? What can you post/invoke/etc which automatically means that you win?”
(We have our own answers, but will wait to hear yours before.)
