How to Search on Any Tumblr

All that means is that there’s no visible search box. But don’t let that stop you.

You can search any Tumblr simply by appending

/search/

and then the word you want to search for:

So if you wanted to search for the word “boobs” at

http://americanmailorderbride.tumblr.com/

you would put in

http://americanmailorderbride.tumblr.com/search/boobs

I’m not sure how to do more complex boolean searches such as OR, AND, etc but that should give you a good start.

/rss

/archive

/random

on any Tumblr, even if the theme does not show you those links.

LASTLY

I noticed today (and maybe others already knew this) that if you are just posting an URL, Tumblr will automatically make it a link without you adding the A HREF, as seen here:
