Me: Have you tried powering it off?

(Hold down the button at the top until you see “Slide To Power Off”… wait until the screen goes dark… then push the button again. If you see the the white Apple logo, you know it turned off and is now rebooting.

If that doesn’t work, let me know what isn’t working right and I will try to think of something else.

MOWOTJ: We went over to Best Buy and the guy showed me how to clean up all my apps
