Secondly

I just watched this episode with The Wife, who asked, “Is that why you don’t like bananas?”

No, I said, I just don’t like bananas.

(Fact: I never had a banana growing up. Reason: my mother doesn’t like them. Also fact: closest The Wife and I ever came to breaking up was when she forced me to try a piece of banana in college, which I hated.)

Except for that one from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. I liked watching that one.

UPDATE 3:37pm: @smartasshat reminds me that a) it was a carrot in Fast Times not a banana and b) it’s been a long time since I saw Fast Times.

We regret the error.

She saw @badbanana’s name not long after this and burst into laughter. (Sorry, Banana Man.)
