Would you believe that it isn’t until the second episode of the fourth season (“Soft Eyes”) of The Wire that we first hear the quintessential 8-second expletive from Clay Davis? Our research team has been hard at work and this is the first occurrence we can find. Also, if you’re responsible for the closed captioning, how do you just leave it at 4 letters?
