Fun Size Bytes

My favorite part today was that I actually got some writing done. This is big, because I haven’t written anything for a long time. After I dropped The Boy off for school, I drove 12.5 miles to the local community college to write in the library. I could have drive home and it would have been closer, but it also would have been more distracting. The dogs, the phone, the this, the that. The library is a separate place where all I do is write.

I would have used our library, but it didn’t open until 10:00 a.m. and there’s no quiet place in our library (I’ll spare you my rant on that for now). I arrived around 9 and had to leave around 11, which gave me two uninterrupted hours to write. And write I did. The other nice thing about having a drive is that it gave me about 15 minutes to start the writing process before I sat down. That included trying to clear my head of all the other crap I needed to do today (I really need to put my little voice recorder in the car so I can leave myself voice notes while driving.

{Pause}

So ok during the time when I wrote that and now, maybe an hour or so has passed and I’ve thought about where my voice recorder might be but then I thought can I do it on the POS Nokia, And I was. Mostly. It gave me ONE that could be no longer than 15 seconds before the memory was used up. But then I’d have to get it off there, so I started thinking that the phone was the answer. Use the phone to call the voicemail, which turned out to be a bit more complicated than we thought and had to find some settings in some buried menu. So I called myself 2 calls the Wife and 3 calls the house, presunable.

Here’s the thing. I think the ambien might have kicked in a little because I feel like I Was a little drink and I havndmt’ hav anuthing to do drrirnmk Now my eyes are getting tired to. It’s almost midnight. Yeah there was just a scene in the kitchen where several items which were of the chocolate persuation and found their way un my mouth. I ate, I think 3 rolls of smarties. Why didn’t anyne get rid of the leftover halloween stuff

Btw there is also a new dog of doritos here which is awesome enve though I realdady brushem y teeh.

And the boy… the boy is sound asleep. He probably finished the first Percy Jackson book , he took the 2nd out and placed it next to his bed in case he finished the fitst one and didn’t know what to do with the secind.

Ok well I guess I stayed up[ too late fafter the abiien and now I mean, I see obviouslu tha there are a lot of words mosspelled. We’ll just deal wit that to,morrow, people will be able to ffigure it out on their own.

Serieously though and I don’t care if you believe me, but not one drp of aolchhol tonight. This is weird when you know that it’s not right but you fant’t really, don’t really care enouah O giess to fix it.
